Saturday was spent in the kitchen... baking a cake and getting the lasagna cooked, not to mention the platter of food and lollie bags!!
This year was just a family affair as I've decided that JMK can have a 'kids birthday party' every alternate year. Don't get me wrong... she still had a few of her friends at the party and she just had an absolute ball with Eliza, James, Alannah and baby Jackson.

Of course she also loved that Nana, Poppy, Auntie Prue, Uncle Mick, Julie, Gordon, Simone & Brad were there too.

Oma & Opa were meant to be there but Oma got shingles and was told to steer clear of kids and pregnant women!! Not to worry, they can have their own little party when Oma is all better.
Auntie Gill, Bree & Jordan will be coming for dinner Tuesday night... JMK's actual birthday so stay tuned for more cake, candles & photos!!
