JMK, CJK and their friends Eliza, James, Saxon & Thor were all very excited about their tram ride and very well behaved too!
We made it into the city with no drama's and headed straight to Myer's SANTALAND to see Santa. Apart from it being HOTTER THAN THE SUN down in SantaLand we all survived the photo shoot... JUST! It would appear that CJK isn't too sure about the big man in red so as you can see he put on the waterworks!! Oh well, there's always next year!!
The kids had a great time on the SantaLand Express. CJK was too little for it so he had to stand at the fence and wave as all the kids went by.
He did however find his own little choo-choo train to have a go on and as you can see he was pretty proud of himself about that!
Once the Santa photos & train ride had been taken care of we headed upstairs to check out the windows. "How Santa Really Works" was the theme this year and the windows looked amazing... what I saw of them anyway, because JMK decided she wasn't interested and was more concerned with filling her face full of rice crackers!!
From the windows a spot of shopping was done and then we all jumped back on a tram and headed for home. Of course, there was a stop off at Macca's for lunch on the way home too!
All in all another successful trip into the city to see Santa & the windows... no doubt the same will happen in 2009 and hopefully CJK will give us a big grin!!
