It's the long weekend and it's miserable! It's done nothing but rain and storm the whole weekend which has meant lots of time inside.
JMK and CJK have spent a fair bit of time watching TV, jumping off the couches into the bean bags or playing with the Thomas trains. When JMK asked if she could do something out of the craft box I couldn't say NO. So out came the huge sheets of butchers paper, the ink pads and the stamps.
Both JMK and CJK had a great time making their masterpieces.
The stamping took JMK's mind off the weather momentarily. Not only has she got a fear of thunder and lightening/storms it's now moved on to rain. It's becoming quite painful really, we've done everything we can possibly think of to help her move past this fear but she's still quite anxious when the weather isn't warm and sunny... great as we're moving into Autumn and Winter!!!
