We try and get away for a little R&R at this time of year, after all the festivities and over eating at Christmas it's time to over indulge as we bring in the New Year!!
So off we head to Echuca for some camping fun. This year we spent a week with Brad, Simone, Alannah, Maddie, Jackson, Nicky, Darren, Riley, Chelsea, Mel, Adam, Jacob & Tyler. Not to mention a couple of dogs and a galah!!
There's always plenty to do when we go camping, especially with so many kids around!

CJK was brave enough this year to give the kneeboard a go on his own. He lasted for about 200m but holding on so tight just hurt his little hands so he let go. We were very proud of him!! Alas, do not fear, that didn't mean the end to CJK's water fun... check the cheeky rascal out...

Not to be outdone by her little brother, JMK finally plucked up the courage to get on the biscuit and actually discovered that it was FUN!

New Year's Eve came around really quickly and of course there were plenty of glow sticks and sparklers. JMK wouldn't have anything to do with the sparklers but CJK was a little mesmerised by them. The girls put on a dance concert for us, which I got on video but it's HUGE so I can't upload it here. It was a great concert!!
The kids all had a ball and got along really well. Warm sunny days spent down at the beach, jumping off boats into the water or being flung around behind a boat on a biscuit... what better way to spend your summer holidays!
