Well its Playgroup Day today and we decided to make some chocolate muffins with white choc bits to take with us… packet mix of course!!
First of all you have to put the sachet in the bowl (what you don’t see in this picture is that half the packet mix ended up in JMK’s lap and on the bench!!)

Then you need to put an egg in…
Mummy thought it best to put the oil in so there’s no photo of that!
Then you have to mix allllll the ingredients together.
Then you have to spoon the ingredients into the muffin tray.
Then the last and best part... you get to lick the spoon!
JMK did pretty well actually and it didn’t turn out to be TOO messy… we might have the next Martha Stewart on our hands here.
We popped them into the oven for 20 minutes and they came out just in time to take to Playgroup. Mmmmmm warm muffins.
