Well yesterday we were up to lots of stuff. JMK had her cousins Brianna & Jordan stay overnight which is great because they keep her occupied which allows me to have a shower in peace… ahhhhh the joys of showering without receiving blowfishes on the shower screen door!!
We were all up early Friday morning so JMK could keep her salon appointment… time for a much needed haircut! Just the fringe and a little off the ends. She was very good sitting up in the big chair, watching herself in the mirror while the lovely hairdresser snipped away.
Then it was off to do some grocery shopping, most of which consisted of stuff for JMK’s 2nd Birthday Party which is next weekend… I can’t believe she is turning two!
We got all that done home and packed away before we started prepping the SLLIIIIIMMMEE for Playgroup. I decided that it would be a good little activity for the kids, a textural activity and possibly not as messy as the painting was last week.
Well the kids had a ball with it… they were a little unsure at first but as you can see from the pics below it was a HIT!
